What some of our families say:

“It is a very close knit community. I feel my child is safe and well known. I worry about the transition to a larger environment because of the classes/ school being so small. I do feel my child is who he is in a large part because of OLOL and the values that have been instilled in him over his years at the school. The catholic identity is strong and the school does a great job keeping the faith at the forefront of what they do.”

“The teachers have always kept me well informed and communicated in a timely manner.”

“I wish there were more clubs offered after school and foreign languages”

“The math program could be stronger”

“The biggest concerns I have moving forward is the school’s ability to support the social/emotional needs of students as they progress towards middle school with such small classes.”

“Fantastic school”

“We are grateful for OLOL”

“I would like to know more about the high school exploration and support you all provide.”

“More communication between administration to parents is important, such as monthly calendars, given in advance with correct information on them. Especially for those parents who work full time, we do need advance notice. Having extra-curricular activities, school dances and even fundraising events would be beneficial for the school, as well as bringing the community together.”
