We know that this can be a difficult transition for all families and that you have many questions. Please know that we are here for you and want to make this as smooth of a transition as possible for your family.
Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions that you are likely to have during this transition. We will add to this page as more information becomes available and more questions come up.
St. Mary Families:
We know this transition impacts you most and we want to make the enrollment process easy for you. You will be considered as returning families and do not need to complete the application.

What are the tuition and fees?

3 or 4 Year Old Full Day Pre-K Program

Part-Time Full Day 3 Year Old Pre-K Program
Full Days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Tuition $3,333 Book and Materials Fee $150.00 Fundraising Fee $100.00 Total Tuition $3,583 Divided by 11 months $325.72 / month
A $100 fundraising fee is added to tuition. Families have the opportunity to participate in fundraisers to reduce their fundraising fee. Families are granted a fundraising credit at the rate of $10.00 per hour served at the following major school fundraisers:
Parents’ Guild Events
All fundraising obligations met by March 2019 will be credited to your 2019 April FACTS payment. Fundraising, book and materials fees may be paid separately by July 1, 2018 or included in your monthly tuition.

What Financial Aid/ assistance is available and what do I do if I have already completed my FACTS application?
If you have already applied for financial aid from the Foundation to Advance Catholic Education (FACE) you do not need to complete a new FACTS application. Your application will be reviewed based on Our Lady of Lourdes’ tuition rate.
If you have not yet completed the FACTS application you can use the Our Lady of Lourdes’ FACTS application.
In order to be considered for any of the above-mentioned opportunities, a family must complete a formal application. To attain that application, please contact our Principal, Mary Turner at 508-822-3746.
Your parish may offer tuition assistance of up to $300 per academic year.

My student currently attends St. Mary Primary School, do I need to complete an application for Our Lady of Lourdes School?
No. You just need to complete the Intent to Enroll form. Copies of the Intent to Enroll form will be given out at the parent meeting on March 22, available to be picked up in the office at either St. Mary Primary School or Our Lady of Lourdes School or completed online below.
You only need to complete one form per family.

What is the school’s curriculum?

How will technology be integrated?
We will be providing professional development for teachers and are improving Wi-Fi and internet access. We will be investing in devices and appropriate technology tools.
What special programs does Our Lady of Lourdes School offer?
Our Lady of Lourdes School provides courses in Technology, Music, Art, & Physical Education. Grades 1-4 also have Library. Grade 4 receives lessons in conversational Spanish.
In addition, Our Lady of Lourdes School offers to its students several after-school activities which, building upon and expanding beyond the above-mentioned courses, provides to its students meaningful opportunities to grow physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually into the young men and women whom God through our Lady is calling them to be.
Does Our Lady of Lourdes School provide special education?
Yes, the school’s Certified Special Education Teacher provides Responses to Intervention (RTI), remediation, and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
What are the school hours?
The school day begins at 9AM and ends at 3PM-students can be dropped off as early as 8:30 and it will not be considered part of the Before School Program. For Pre-K Flex, we have several options.
Is child care offered before and after the school day? What are the hours and cost?
Yes. Our Before School Program begins at 7:00AM and the After School Program runs from 3PM to 5:30PM. The cost for the extended day is $2 per half hour
How is religion incorporated? Do you accept non-Catholics?
We welcome children from all faith backgrounds who wish to be taught in a caring and nurturing environment that views every child as a gift from God. The entire student body begins each day with a Morning Prayer assembly. Parents are welcome to attend. Religion is taught in the classrooms based on the diocesan outcomes. Eucharistic Adoration is attended by Grades 2-5 once per month. A monthly liturgy and observance of Holy Days of Obligation are attended by the entire student body.
Reconciliation is offered to students during Advent and Lent. Stations of the Cross are held in the school gym every Friday during Lent.
