Learning Objectives - Kindergarten

The primary learning objectives for Kindergarten are:

• Making the sign of the cross and reciting "Hail Mary", "Our Father", and "Glory Be".

• Recognizing upper and lowercase letters.

• Identifying all letter sounds.

• Counting by 1's, 5's, and 10's to 100

• Mastering the following self-help skills:  Tying shoes; zippering coat; buttoning sweater; knowing address and phone number.

• Respecting differences, learning to share and following simple directions.
